What happened in that field?

On Saturday 1 August 2026, Truleigh Manor Farm became Truleigh Farm Fest for the fifth time: a summer day of live music, dancing, food, drink, families, friends and festival life beneath the South Downs.

The first chapter

Bands on stage. Line dancing in the field. A flypast overhead. Then the lights came on.

2026 gave Truleigh Farm Fest its character: relaxed, local, family-friendly and just a little bit eccentric. The live programme featured Voodoo Room, The Blunter Brothers, Hurricane Shack, The EMC and Margaux Starchart, with Giddy Up Gorgeous keeping people moving between sets.
