- Vendors must hold appropriate public liability insurance and provide copies on request.
- Food vendors must provide hygiene ratings, allergen information and relevant certificates.
- Pitch fees are payable once accepted and are not confirmed until payment is received.
- Vendors are responsible for their own gazebo, weights, equipment, waste removal and safe setup unless agreed otherwise.
- Arrival, setup, service and breakdown times must follow event team instructions.
- The festival may refuse products that conflict with licensing, safety, charity or family-event requirements.
